Touring the cellar is an excellent opportunity to get familiar with the Brunello di Montalcino region and Molino di Sant’Antimo wines. You will be accompanied through the production process during the tour.

The wine experience ends with a guided tasting of three different estate wines, including Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino.

During the wine tasting, which will be accompanied by typical Tuscan snacks, you can admire the incredible view from our tasting room overlooking the vineyards.

It is a unique sensory journey dedicated to the discovery of Origines., a product of excellence that celebrates territory and quality. This experience is not limited to just tasting a gin, but explores a harmony of flavors through culinary pairings designed to enhance its unique characteristics.

The experience is divided into three moments designed to fully immerse you in the world of Origines.Gin:

- Botanical Discovery: introduction to the 10 botanicals that compose it, from juniper to citrus notes to spices, exploring each aromatic detail and the philosophy behind their selection.

- Guided tasting: tasting of the gin in purity to grasp its complexity and nuances through the five senses: sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing as each sense contributes to a unique aspect of understanding and appreciation. This will be followed by a cocktail dedicated and created especially for Origines. Gin designed to enhance its characteristics.

- Gin Pairing: to complete the experience Origines.Gin will be accompanied by small courses specially designed to create a balance of flavors.

The Experience will take place in our Gin Room an exclusive and entirely private place where excellence meets passion, research and creativity.

Wines in tasting: Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino Varco84 DOCG.

This wine selection is thought as an introduction to our wine making history.

Rosso and Brunello are the core wines at Molino. The Varco84 is a special wine: it is produced only on the best vintages and in limited quantity.

An exclusive experience combining two fascinating worlds: that of gin and that of wine. The art of distillation and the sophistication of wine making come together to offer you unforgettable tastings, culinary pairings and sensory discoveries.

The experience begins with an overview of gin and wine and is divided into four moments:

- Guided Tasting: This will be followed by tasting the pure gin to grasp all its nuances.

- Lunch with Wine Tasting: The experience will continue with a lunch of two courses each paired with a selected wine of our production such as Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino to enhance the flavor of the dishes and enrich the taste experience.

This experience includes the cellar tour, a barrel-guided tasting ( a future Brunello di Montalcino ) and a 4 courses lunch.

Wines in tasting: Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino Varco84. To end the tasting you will try one of the following wines according to what we think would be better suited with your lunch: Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG – if available, Olinto Sant’Antimo DOC 100% Canaiolo or Romito Terre Vittori IGT ( 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 20% Sangiovese)

Origin pays tribute to our Riserva which is the highest expression of Brunello, our 100% Canaiolo wine, which is made with an indigenous grape, very rare to find pure. It is also wants to celebrate our “Supertuscan” – this is our family wine and its produced following the tradition.

This experience includes the cellar tour and the brunch which will take place in our garden with panoramic view on the Orcia river Valley, Mount Amiata and the vineyards surrounding us.

Susanna’ snacks will accompany you during the tasting while we’ll chat about Molino and our wines. We’ll leave you time to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside with a nice spring breeze.

Born and bred Montalcinese chef Giacomo will teach you the basics of the Montalcinese/Tuscan cuisine.

The result of your efforts will be paired with our wines which will be served by him during lunch.

We only organize this activity for a small group, everyone will be taken care of by the chef and will be followed step by step during the process of learning, cooking and tasting.
